Pathway Career Integration Services works with individuals with disabilities who are seeking support with employment preparation, workplace integration, and long-term job success. Services are delivered in community-based settings and tailored to individual goals, strengths, and needs.
Participation in services is voluntary and based on informed consent.

At Pathway Career Integration Services, our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve independence and realize their career goals. Through personalized support, skill development, and experiential learning, we guide each participant toward meaningful employment and lifelong success.

Company Overview

Pathway Career Integration Services is a vocational rehabilitation and supported employment provider serving New Jersey communities. We are dedicated to helping individuals overcome employment barriers through tailored, hands-on services and partnerships with employers and DVRS.

Our Approach

Pathway Career Integration Services utilizes a person-centered, strengths-based approach that emphasizes dignity, choice, confidentiality, and collaboration. Services are designed to support individuals in identifying employment goals that reflect their interests, abilities, and preferences while respecting individual autonomy and informed choice.

Services may be delivered in community-based, workplace, or remote/virtual formats when appropriate, authorized, and consistent with service goals. Remote or virtual services are used to supplement in-person supports and may include employment planning, job readiness activities, follow-along supports, and coordination with participants, employers, and referring agencies.

Service delivery is guided by individualized service plans and authorizations and is coordinated with referring agencies, employers, families, and community partners as appropriate. Supports are flexible and responsive and may be adjusted based on participant progress, workplace expectations, and authorized service parameters.

Pathway Career Integration Services emphasizes skill development, workplace integration, and the use of natural supports to promote increasing independence over time. Services are delivered using evidence-informed practices consistent with vocational rehabilitation and transition service standards.

Services provided by Pathway Career Integration Services are vocational and employment-related only and are not clinical, medical, therapeutic, legal, or financial in nature.
