Pathway Career Integration Services provides individualized vocational and employment support services designed to assist individuals with disabilities in preparing for, obtaining, and maintaining competitive integrated employment. Services are delivered using person-centered, evidence-informed practices and are coordinated in collaboration with referring agencies, employers, and community partners.
Pathway Career Integration Services does not guarantee employment outcomes and provides services in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations, individualized service authorizations, and participant consent.
Pathway Career Integration Services values and supports individuals who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces. The agency strives to provide veteran-friendly employment supports that recognize transferable skills, service-related experiences, and individual goals. Services are coordinated in accordance with applicable authorizations and may include collaboration with workforce and veteran support resources when appropriate.

Our Services
Supported Employment
Pathway Career Integration Services offers Supported Employment services to assist individuals with disabilities in securing and maintaining competitive integrated employment. Services may include job development support, employer engagement, workplace orientation, and individualized employment planning based on participant strengths, preferences, and support needs.
All Supported Employment services are provided in accordance with referral authorizations and applicable program requirements.
On-Site Job Coaching
On-site job coaching services are designed to support skill acquisition, workplace adjustment, and job performance. Job coaching may include task instruction, modeling, cueing, and the development of natural workplace supports. The level and duration of job coaching are determined based on individual needs and service authorizations.
Job coaching services do not replace employer supervision and are intended to support participant independence over time.
Long-Term Follow-Along Services
Long-term follow-along services are provided to support job retention and employment stability. Services may include periodic check-ins with participants and employers, problem-solving support, and coordination with vocational rehabilitation counselors as authorized.
Follow-along services are individualized and adjusted based on participant progress and continued authorization.
Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS)
Pre-Employment Transition Services are designed to assist eligible students and out-of-school youth with disabilities in developing foundational skills for employment and post-secondary readiness. Services may include job readiness training, career exploration, work-based learning experiences, and instruction in workplace behaviors.
Pre-ETS services are provided in coordination with schools, families, and referring agencies, and are subject to eligibility and authorization requirements.
